Gmail for the Mobile phone

Today I noticed that Google has added a new piece of software to their mobile google service. This time is is a gmail stand-alone client for mobile phone.
Looks like a really nice piece of software with many features I miss when using gmail via the browser on the phone.
Among the features are:

• fast inbox browsing
• See mails as conversations
• add stars to mails
• see mainy attachment types (images, pdf and even word docs)
• easy access to mail archive

The application is made with java and is available for a large list of popular mobile devices.
You can download the gmail client directly onto your mobile device by pointing its browser to http://gmail.com/app.
